Refund Policy

All payments are for structured training, guidance, and support. Refund protection applies only under the Career Restart Guarantee when strict conditions are met.

1. Policy overview

  • All payments made towards She Starts programmes are for structured training, guidance, and support services.
  • As a general policy, all fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.

2. Exception to refund

  • Refunds are not applicable by default.
  • Refund protection is available only under the Structured Career Restart Guarantee, subject to strict eligibility conditions.
  • Participants must refer to the Guarantee Terms in our Terms & Conditions and meet all requirements.

3. Non-refundable scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrolment
  • Inability to attend sessions due to personal reasons
  • Lack of time or commitment
  • Dissatisfaction without meeting participation requirements
  • Partial completion of the programme
  • Failure to follow instructions or guidance
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the programme
  • Failure to complete payment commitments

4. Guarantee-based refund eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The participant has completed the programme
  • All eligibility conditions under the guarantee are met
  • No career restart outcome is achieved within the defined support period
  • All claims are subject to verification

5. Required documentation

To request a refund under the guarantee, participants must provide:

  • Proof of assignment completion
  • Attendance records
  • Mock interview participation records
  • Job application tracking details
  • Communication logs, if required

Note

  • Incomplete documentation may lead to rejection of the request.

6. Refund request process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after completion of the support period.
  • Requests must be sent through official communication channels (email or WhatsApp).
  • Each request will be reviewed based on eligibility and compliance.

7. Processing timeline

  • Review duration: 7–14 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Right to reject

Internzity / She Starts reserves the right to reject refund requests if:

  • Eligibility conditions are not met
  • Participation is incomplete
  • Required proof is not provided
  • Terms have been violated

9. Clarification on outcomes

  • She Starts provides structured preparation and support.
  • Final hiring decisions are made by external employers.
  • Refund eligibility is based on participation and compliance, not expectations alone.
