3. Eligibility & participation

To remain eligible for programme benefits, including placement support, you must:

• Attend scheduled sessions consistently
• Actively participate in training and activities
• Complete assignments and tasks on time
• Follow instructions provided by mentors and trainers
• Maintain professional communication throughout

4. Payment terms

• Programme fees must be paid as per the agreed structure.
• Partial payments or instalments must be completed within defined timelines.
• Access to sessions, materials, or support may be restricted in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
• All payments are made towards structured training and support services.

5. Refund policy (general)

• Fees paid are non-refundable by default.
• Enrolment confirms your commitment to the programme.
• Exceptions apply only under defined conditions in our Refund Policy and Guarantee Terms.

6. Career restart support & guarantee context

She Starts provides structured support for career restart, including guidance on role alignment, CV and profile preparation, interview training, and job application guidance.

• Any reference to “guarantee” is conditional and based on participation, performance, and effort.

7. Disqualification conditions

You may be disqualified from support or guarantee eligibility if:

• Attendance is consistently low
• Assignments are not completed
• Communication is unprofessional
• Instructions are ignored
• False information is provided
• Job opportunities are rejected without valid reason

8. Job application & outcome responsibility

• She Starts supports preparation and guidance for job applications.
• Final hiring decisions are made by external employers.
• She Starts / Internzity is not responsible for employer hiring decisions.

9. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Behave respectfully in all sessions and communications
• Avoid misuse of community platforms
• Not disrupt sessions or activities

10. Intellectual property

• All training materials, frameworks, and content are the property of Internzity.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission.

11. Use of testimonials

Internzity / She Starts may use participant feedback, testimonials, or outcomes for marketing purposes. Personal details will be handled responsibly.

12. Limitation of liability

• Internzity / She Starts is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or external hiring decisions.
• The platform provides structured guidance, not guaranteed employment outcomes.

13. Modifications

Terms may be updated when required. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

14. Guaranteed Career Restart — terms

The She Starts Career Restart Guarantee provides structured support and accountability for participants committed to restarting their careers. This is not an unconditional refund policy. It is performance-based and tied to participation, effort, and readiness.
