REBUILD
Clarity becomesCapability
REBUILD begins only after successfully clearing RESET.
This phase is not available independently. It exists to convert clarity into stable, usable capability.
If clarity is not established first, execution collapses later. REBUILD protects against that failure.
Why REBUILD exists
Most restart journeys fail in the middle.
Either:
learners consume theory without execution
or confidence is addressed without real skill application
REBUILD is designed around one principle:
Capability is built through execution, feedback, and repetition — not consumption.
A weekly rhythm that rebuilds habits and momentum
REBUILD runs Monday to Saturday on a fixed, predictable cadence to reduce overwhelm, rebuild habits, and turn clarity into stable execution.
Why a fixed weekly cadence?
The weekly structure removes confusion about "what happens when" and lets participants focus on doing the work instead of managing the program.
Each day has a clear intent, so skills are built layer by layer: foundations, execution, career readiness, feedback, voice, and interview practice.

Monday
Foundations
Domain foundations
Build deep understanding of how the work actually functions in the real world.
- Why work is done a certain way
- How decisions are made
- What professional standards look like
- Each session ends with an execution task
Tuesday
Execution
Tools and execution
Translate understanding into guided, hands-on execution using real tools.
- Guided, hands-on execution
- Real tools and workflows
- Practical outputs tied to the capstone
- Execution begins here, not later
Wednesday
Careers
Career readiness
Career preparation runs in parallel, not at the end of the program.
- CV structure and alignment
- LinkedIn positioning
- Interview framework exposure
- Answer-building practice
- No "surprise" interviews later
Thursday
Review
Review and feedback
Executed work is reviewed for correctness, clarity, and opportunity.
- Correctness of approach
- Clarity of execution
- Improvement opportunities
- Feedback is corrective and developmental, not critical
Friday
Voice
Confidence and voice lab
A non-negotiable space to practise speaking without fear or performance pressure.
- Speaking without fear
- Explaining work calmly
- Participating without shrinking
- Non-evaluative, non-corrective, structured and safe
- Goal: voice stability, not performance
Saturday
Mock interviews
Mock interviews (bi-weekly)
From the second half of REBUILD, participants undergo mock interviews every two weeks.
- Realistic interview simulations
- Applied practice under gentle pressure
- Bi-weekly from mid-REBUILD onwards
Designed for exposure, not elimination
Mock interviews build confidence through familiarity. No surprises. No out-of-scope evaluation. Just readiness.
Structure
Every mock interview follows the exact real-world format.
HR Round
Behavioral questions, motivation, and fit assessment.
Technical Round
Domain-specific problem solving and execution.
Strict Scope
Questions stay within what you've already mastered.
- 1Topics already covered in REBUILD
- 2Tasks already executed during the week
- 3Frameworks already discussed in sessions
- 4No surprise questions, ever
The Quality Gate
Progression is
not automatic.
This gate exists to protect your future employability. Rushing forward without stability causes long-term damage to your career trajectory.
Readiness Criteria
You must demonstrate the following to unlock the next phase:
- Consistency in attendanceShowing up is the first metric of professionalism.
- Completion of practical tasksTheory must be proven through code.
- Active participationEngagement in reviews, labs, and mock interviews.
