Phase 03 — She Starts System

RESTART

Capability becomesEmployability

RESTART is the final phase of the She Starts system.

This phase is not about learning more skills. It is about functioning professionally, explaining work clearly, and engaging with hiring environments with confidence and composure.

RESTART can begin only after successfully completing REBUILD.

Why RESTART Exists

Many restart programmes fail at the last mile.

They rush women into:

Participants often...

  • know how to do the work
  • complete tasks successfully
  • understand tools and processes

Yet still struggle to...

  • explain their decisions calmly
  • articulate their work under questioning
  • handle interviews without panic
  • present themselves as professionals instead of learners
Weekly Cadence — REBUILD Rhythm

A weekly rhythm that rebuilds habits and momentum

REBUILD runs Monday to Saturday on a fixed, predictable cadence to reduce overwhelm, rebuild habits, and turn clarity into stable execution.

Why a fixed weekly cadence?

The weekly structure removes confusion about "what happens when" and lets participants focus on doing the work instead of managing the program.

Each day has a clear intent, so skills are built layer by layer: foundations, execution, career readiness, feedback, voice, and interview practice.

Core of Restart

Capstone Ownership

The capstone becomes the central proof point for interviews and placement discussions.

A Living Body of Work

The capstone is not a one-time submission. It is a continuous project that evolves across REBUILD and RESTART, mirroring the iterative nature of real-world jobs.

Continuous Evolution

Proof of Work

Real outputs aligned to the chosen career path.

Explanation Clarity

The ability to explain what was done and why.

Interview Defence

Calm, structured responses under questioning.

Restart Progression Gate

Progression from RESTART is based on readiness, not completion.

Readiness Criteria

  • Execute work consistently
  • Explain decisions and reasoning clearly
  • Handle interview questions with composure
  • Present herself as a professional in restart mode

Ready for placement support

This is not a job guarantee. It is confirmation of employability readiness.
